Your phone number

To sign you in and to verify you are a real person. Never shown to anyone on the platform, never used for marketing.

Your Marriage DNA and preferences

To find and explain matches. Visible only to matches, and only at the visibility you set per dimension.

Religion, community and income, if you enter them

Used only to filter by preferences you set yourself. Never used to rank anyone, never shown on a share card, never sent to an AI model.

Your messages

To deliver them, and to run automated safety checks for financial fraud before delivery. Not read by staff except in a reported or escalated case.

How you use the product

To improve matching and to measure whether features work. Anonymised after 400 days.

Your rights

• · Raise a grievance with our named officer

Every one of these is available from your settings and is answered within 30 days. We keep an append-only record of what you consented to and when, so both of us can see the history.

What we never do

• · Put sensitive fields into an AI prompt, a share link, or an analytics event
